In 2015, David Weston purchased a small concrete business named Blade Runners from its founder, Bernie Emery. Although the business had been around since 1987, it was through Weston’s leadership that it grew into a major player in the Phoenix-area concrete industry.
Weston intentionally grew the company into a full-service concrete contractor. Weston says, “What’s unique about our company is that we can saw the concrete, remove the concrete and pour back…We are the only ones in the Valley that do this type of turnkey work in the volume that we do.”
