Charles has had over 15 years of construction-management experience, with 5+ years of that time specializing in concrete. Originally from Kentucky, his journey began as a concrete laborer and working his way up to a finisher where he quickly learned the skills needed to develop a strong understanding of concrete operations, project sequencing, and job site coordination. After moving to Arizona 4 years ago, he advanced in the industry due to his leadership, strong self-management skills and ability to build trust with other employees.

Charles is known for maintaining safety standards, controlling costs, and driving projects from initial planning to successful completion. His goal is to help every project run smoothly and exceed both operational and client expectations.
