A third-generation construction professional, Rachel grew up immersed in the field and developed a deep understanding of the industry’s demands from an early age.

Before joining Blade Runners, she spent three years managing a rebar yard, where she honed her operational and logistical skills. Today, she leverages that hands-on expertise to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
